Yes I am aware of the AHA 2010 update to ACLS. They where published in circulation in Oct 2010. The Wiki page on CPR does reflect the new guidelines. Wikipedia is however written completely by volunteers. If you are interested in making sure that the other pages you mention reflect the new literature that would be great.
