Thanks for uploading Image:T1 sharpe all.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

Menominee, Michigan images[edit]

Your changes to the image placement may look good on your screen, but it causes several large 2 to 3 inch gaps that look extremely unprofessional. I placed the images the way they were for a reason. Royalbroil 05:17, 19 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You introduced problems at several other articles across the border in Wisconsin too. I have returned the images to their location. Do you have a 600x800 monitor? I can't imagine any other monitor size that would allow unstacked images in a short article to look right. One of the articles had a gap that was nearly the entire height of my monitor! Please read the Wikipedia:Picture tutorial, for there are other options. Please experiment with them first with using only the "Show Preview" button until everything is right.
