You wrote this article, which is very short and does not make a clear claim of why the street is notable. Can you expand it more, explaining the significance of the street? Otherwise the article may be deleted. Rigadoun (talk) 05:16, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I just noticed New York State Route 96B contains the information you added about Aurora Street, could it just be redirected to that article? If you need help making a redirect, just ask me or for help from anyone using {{helpme}}. On the other hand, if there is a lot to say about the renovation project linked to in your article, maybe it could turn into a reasonable article. Rigadoun (talk) 05:22, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I have been to breakfast on Aurora Street, and I'm afraid I really don't think it is notable. I have redirected it to 96B. cOrneLlrOckEy 14:21, 16 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I understand the resistance to allowing Aurora Street to have a page. It does not carry much weight and significance outside the Ithaca area, as opposed to, for example, a street like Yonge Street in Toronto. However, for Ithacans, it is an important street containing many downtown restaurants, a local furniture store, and a connection to Fall Creek in the north and Ithaca College in the south. I dismiss the trite remark by user cornellrockey - opinions are opinions - the fact that you "don't think it is notable" is not sufficient reason to reject the page. I propose two solutions: 1. We could add the content of the Aurora Street page to the Ithaca, New York page, or 2. We could let the Aurora Street page remain but rename it to be more specific, such as "Aurora Street, Ithaca NY". Cayuga (talk) 13:45, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please demonstrate its notability as described here: WP:NOTABILITY cOrneLlrOckEy (talk) 14:26, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have restored its cleanup tags since these concerns have not been addressed. cOrneLlrOckEy (talk) 14:28, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am not trying to delete it, I have just merely placed cleanup tags on it so that the article deficiencies might be corrected. cOrneLlrOckEy (talk) 12:47, 3 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have this photo in 1024x768 resolution, I think. Do you need it? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Argrig (talkcontribs) 00:06, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
