Welcome![edit]

Hello, Ceacy, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few links to pages you might find helpful:

You may also want to complete the Wikipedia Adventure, an interactive tour that will help you learn the basics of editing Wikipedia. You can visit the Teahouse to ask questions or seek help.

Please remember to sign your messages on talk pages by typing four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. 3O decline[edit]

Please note that I have declined your filing at WP:3O on the grounds that there has been insufficient discussion regarding the matter of concern. Per the instructions at 3O, requests should only be made once there has been significant discussion and failure to reach a WP:CONSENSUS. If and when additional discussion has occurred and you're unable to reach a compromise with your fellow disputant, you're welcome to request a third opinion again. Alternately, please consider other forms of dispute resolution. Cheers! DonIago (talk) 17:45, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! Out of curiosity, though, what is the right approach when the other party does not engage in any discussion (as was/is the case here)? Clément Canonne (talk) 19:58, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You could start by asking at any relevant WikiProjects (they should be listed at the top of the article's Talk page) for interested editors to weigh in. If you do so, please word your request in a neutral manner (i.e. "Additional opinions are requested at..."). Hope this helps! DonIago (talk) 20:24, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It does -- thank you! Clément Canonne (talk) 20:29, 3 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
