Moved draft[edit]

I moved your draft located at Template:Sandbox/NPhelps to your 'personal' sandbox at User:CongoJumper/Sandbox. The location of a {{userdraf}} in the Template namespace was triggered a 'misplaced user drafts' error. No bid deal, though. To answer the 'question' you had at the top, you can work on the draft in your sandbox, and then paste your changes into the live article...that's fine. Cut-and-paste is only a problem when it is used to move work that was done by multiple contributors, because it removes the 'attribution' from the page history.
