Welcome and great job![edit]

Hi User:Eksoncts, you did a great job on your first edits (if you are new!) on Timeline of K-pop at Billboard. I added the italics for the TV show, per WP rules, and changed the citation to the standard one, with author and date. Also, whatever date format is started on the page should be followed. eg.: May 7, 2019.....instead of 2019-05-07...just check whatever is the standard on the page. Thanks for adding NCT at Jimmy Kimmel, I had it on a list of things to do. Another editor added the Timeline from approximately September 2017-March 2018 and I have been catching up on June 2017 - September, and things that he missed and fixing citations.

Again, thanks for the good work! I know Monsta X was on TV, too but I can't find a Billboard article for that yet. Welcome!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 08:18, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I saw you had an additional Event, the Mickey Mouse one. You had not add a citation, and other editors could have deleted it....everything must hava a citation, remember! I added the page link there (you only link to another page one time for the whole article....so I took off the page links you added to Apple Music and Jimmy Kimmel Live!....but did add the link for NCT 127 for the first time.) I removed the description of this event being on ABC TV....the page for the Mickey's 90th Spectacular, which I added the link to, describes that.

You are doing a great job....just read up on the rules some, and notice the changes that other editors make to correct the edits you have added. And please, ask if you have any questions, here or on my Talk page. If you post it here, remember to put my User name in brackets to alert me. If you put it on my Talk page, that will automatically alert me.--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 09:09, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

oh hey Bonnielou2013 !! thank you so much for correcting my wrongs, i'm completely new here and i just wanted to add some events of nct. please tell me everything that i need to improve so i can apply it if i ever make an edit again. --User:Eksoncts (talk)

Hey back! You can change your User name to blue by adding something to your User page. That way you look more friendly to other editors. Sure, ask me any questions, or just edit away, and myself or other editors will make corrections that you can follow. I try to keep up with the Billboard pages, but the Timeline was not edited all last year....another editor in a college class worked on it for the time period I said above....and since the beginning of this year, I have been trying to update the missing sections and keep it up to date currently, at the same time. It will soon be caught up, thanks to you! Because the page is a Timeline and because it is getting a lot of bytes...I try to make it as brief as possible, not always able to. Glad you are joining Wikipedia! As we say here....Happy Editing!--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 09:54, 7 May 2019 (UTC) Oh yeah...you sign your comments by clicking the 3rd button atop the typing(while you are editing), it will put the time and your name. (see above B, I, signature button).--Bonnielou2013 (talk) 09:58, 7 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
