US state geo-stubs

Hi, Geoset. We at WP:WSS note with some alarm that you seem to be creating a whole load of new templates for US states. These are only created once a state reaches a set threshold number of stubs. None of the states that you have created templates for - with the exception of Montana - have reached that level, and Montana's stub was only proposed three days ago - i.e., it has been created four days before the proposal period has ended at WP:WSS/P. Please - if you intend to make such stubs, propose them first rather than simply making them, as per the instructions at WP:STUB. This is not the way to go about it. Several of these stub categories now will be proposed for deletion, since there is no way they have enough stubs to make them viable. All the others will need to be fixed to make them work properly. You have created a LOT of extra work for stub sorters, who are already an over-stretched group of people here. The last person who did this was blocked from editing Wikipedia for 24 hours for their efforts, as you have also been. Grutness...wha? 06:33, 28 December 2005 (UTC)
