I can't see any reason you shouldn't be able to create a new account. I suppose it's possible the autoblock on the IP didn't get completely cleared even though that was Drmies's intent. To check that though, we'd need to know your IP address. LadyofShalott 15:15, 1 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
