File copyright problem with File:OntarioTransplantByOrgan.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:OntarioTransplantByOrgan.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Your images

Greetings. If you created those charts by yourself, then you don't need to get any permission from anyone, even if you used someone else's data to create them. But you do have to give each image a copyright tag. Are you willing to allow anyone to use the images for any purpose, so long as they credit you as the creator? If so, just add {{cc-by-3.0}} to the image description pages. If you need help, just ask. – Quadell ^(talk) 20:43, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

Thank you for your help. I have one further question. After I edit the image description, since it is originally my image, do I have to still request for undeletion, as Sfan00_IMG mentions?

If someone deletes the files before you get to then, just let me know and I'll undelete them. But if no one has deleted them, you don't have to ask for undeletion. – Quadell ^(talk) 23:17, 30 July 2011 (UTC)
