Hello, Katiejoanes, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, the page you created on Domenico Vittorini did not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines. I have done a quick edit and added one reference which brings it more in line with the style of articles expected of Wikipedia. It could do with expansion and more references if it is to stay here. I suggest that you look at the guidelines on notability and, in particular, those for academics.
