Source?[edit]

Do you have any reliable sources that prove that L-29 were scrapped? If you have, then I'll add to the former list of equipment page instead. Mr. Komori (talk) 00:04, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Other then some magazine book that doesn't contain any evidence to the existence of the said aircraft is there anything else that proves they are still in service? The last public image of the Georgian L-29's were taken over a decade ago and there is no evidence pointing to its existence anymore. KoliaGeorgian (talk) 12:09, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I should have added the note: "4 aircraft in service as of December 2022" (emphasis mine). There is consensus that FlightGlobal's World Air Force magazine is a reliable source. Being an annual publication is not 100% accurate after its publication date, but it's still a pretty good source of information. Keeping in mind of WP:NOTNEWS.

I would keep it at least until the next edition no longer lists them as in active service. That sounds like a fair and reasonable compromise, no? Mr. Komori (talk) 22:07, 12 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I believe there is no point of having them on the page as like you said yourself they are not 100% accurate and there hasn't been any evidence of the planes being in Georgian arsenal since more then a decade ago. KoliaGeorgian (talk) 00:32, 13 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
