Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur

Please add the credits to the newest episode of the show. I was about to add them but a storm knocked the power on my TV, thus missed out. DisneyNOW doesn't respond well too. I asked BrickMaster but said no so I guess your my best option. BaldiBasicsFan (talk) 15:40, 4 March 2023 (UTC)

Thomas & Friends: The Mystery of Lookout Mountain on Netflix US

Why did you revert my edit of the film coming to Netflix US on April 1. I provided a source, which does in fact show the date, at least when I click on it. TheThomasEnthusiast (talk) 21:52, 4 March 2023 (UTC)

EDIT: I just realized that the link itself does not show the date. Sorry about that. It is on the Worth the Wait section of the "New and Popular" tab though, but I don't know how I can source this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by TheThomasEnthusiast (talkcontribs) 21:53, 4 March 2023 (UTC)

Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards

Hello. I have a suggestion. Would you be interested in changing the producer definition to executive producers and/or production company. The Kids' Choice Sports pages have both listed and some years of the regular show have executive producers (e.g. 2018) listed. Maybe we can come to a compromise. Raa Raa the Noisy Lion fake seasons

Thanks for noticing the fake data. Seems like https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raa_Raa_the_Noisy_Lion got also changed, I find the episode titles only on IMDb and some aggregators that probably got the data also from IMDb. I'll request the deletion of that data from IMDb. CennoxX (talk @ dewiki) 09:17, 16 March 2023 (UTC)

@CennoxX: There's been a user in the article who has come back under new socks/IPs who has attempted adding the fake info in for however long (for example). The series is available on Peacock, which lists 3 seasons with 26 episodes each. And regarding IMDb- it is editable by anyone, which his what leads to bogus/fake info on it, such as for this series. As per WP:RS/IMDb and WP:Citing IMDb, IMDb is not a reliable source. You can feel free to use it to doublecheck things, but it shouldn't be used as the sourcing/basis for edits.
And by the way, you can feel free to try and correct/request deletion of the fake info from IMDb, but I wouldn't be too surprised if someone tries to add it back on. Magitroopa (talk) 09:30, 16 March 2023 (UTC)

Tunisian vandal

Hi, I don't know about other admins but I usually start with a short block unless they've been active on the range for a while. But if they come back on the same range, I'm more than happy to make the block (considerably) longer. You're welcome to ping me if they return on a range I've blocked before. Best, HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 17:26, 23 March 2023 (UTC)

@HJ Mitchell: Apologies if the request sounded mean at all- just gets tiring after a while dealing with them. I would bet creating an WP:LTA page for them would be much more helpful, but I have never done so and would probably need help (or someone else to) creating one. Just for example, looking at the history of The Astronauts (TV series) alone, that's already several IP ranges including [1], [2], [3], and [4]. The history of articles such as MBC 4 are even worse, showing that this isn't just the past few months or something, but has been ongoing for several years now (and isn't showing any signs of ending anytime soon...) There are many, many, many other articles dealing with the same LTA issue, including a whole bunch of nonsense whenever Women's interest channel is unprotected. I had also posted a thread at ANI regarding this exact issue (Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/IncidentArchive1116#Many issues at MBC 4) in the past.
Again, apologies if it sounded mean or anything, just tired from all this in general. Magitroopa (talk) 17:37, 23 March 2023 (UTC)
No apology necessary. I'm generally quite thick-skinned (you have to be to be to work AIV regularly). I just thought I'd share my thought process. You might be best to create a page in your userspace documenting their modus operandi and regular ranges so you have something to link to from AIV. How long I block a range for still largely depends on how long they've been using it. I don't want to cause collateral damage if I can help it, but if they've been using a range for a while I'll happily block it longer term, and if they go back to a range after a previous block I'll happily block it for much longer. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 17:55, 23 March 2023 (UTC)

I'd like to request that you watch the article, as the episode count and such is not hidden, even though the series hasn't premiered yet. BrickMaster02 (talk) 21:03, 24 March 2023 (UTC)

Whose Line

Hi. Thank you for catching my dangling "==" that should be "===" and dangling square brackets. Had caught a few of them, and my next step was to go back through all the seasons (once I got to last one) to check if I had left any others. On the MOS:LINKONCE, I do (often) leave second links in longer articles, so I have never been against what I consider the helpful aspect of that (in other words, not a "the rules are the rules" person on every little thing); just felt that these season pages are fairly simple and uncluttered, easy to see the main list at top of the page (part of why I added the missing "Main" list, rather than just leaving in the infobox), and was going into the article to touch up other stuff anyway, so just went ahead and did the repeat links. Anyway, thanks again. Jmg38 (talk) 04:09, 3 April 2023 (UTC)

Magitroopa, slow down a bit. Not sure why you are reverting edits that are not incorrect, such as the very simple and straightforward cite web edits; per Template:Cite web, used in hundreds of thousands of articles, "|first= |last= |author=link=" is the form. Jmg38 (talk) 04:28, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
To be fair, I see now that you did slow down, only did in Whose Line Is It Anyway? (American season 19). I'll adjust that one and move on. Also, thank you the work just now on Whose Line Is It Anyway? (American season 20), setting up the missing Cast section seen in the previous 19 seasons. Cheers. Jmg38 (talk) 04:34, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
The 'author' parameter is acceptable to be used as well- "author: this parameter is used to hold the complete name of a single author (first and last) or to hold the name of a corporate author. This parameter should never hold the names of more than one author." It does not have to change (and should not be changed without consensus). Magitroopa (talk) 04:35, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
Ah! Got it. Jmg38 (talk) 04:45, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
To explain... I was corrected by another editor very early in my time here, as I had used "|author=[ [ full name ] ]" format, for a linked name; they told me then that, if name has a link, it should always go in distinct "|author=link=". Have followed that ever since, never really looked back. Thanks for the heads up. Jmg38 (talk) 04:50, 3 April 2023 (UTC)

Waking History and Pranks Fore Nothing

These two episodes that are on zap2it's guide now appear to be part of season 7, as the 26th and final pair of season 6 is "The Hurt Lockers" and "Love Stinks", airing May 15 (my birthday!) and 16 respectively. I'm still waiting for Futon to confirm these two episodes in the subject, which are airing May 17 and 18 respectively, to be a part of season 7. They are on zap2it's guide so they can go on the page. But should they go under season 6 for now, or can I make the season 7 section? Colgatepony234 (talk) 04:03, 30 April 2023 (UTC)

Why are Hell’s Kitchen elimination charts lacking color?

I don’t understand why the elimination charts for Seasons 20 and 21 of Hell’s Kitchen have to be without the team colors. I tried to fix it and added the team colors of each contestant like all the other elimination charts for the first 19 seasons reflect, but you reverted them and I don’t understand why. Why are you insistent on keeping those seasons changed but leaving seasons 1-19 as they are? Why do these seasons have to be without team colors? NanoNerd11 (talk) 06:36, 19 June 2023 (UTC)

@NanoNerd11: Please see MOS:DTAB and MOS:COLOR- the tables should follow the MoS (Manual of Style). If anything, the seasons 1-19 tables should be changed to comply with MoS as well. Bgsu98 had previously changed the season 20 + 21 tables to comply with MoS. I honestly don't have the time/patience to update all those articles to follow MoS, but anyone can help with that if they would like.
TL;DR- Tables were changed to follow MoS, and the S1-19 tables should be changed to follow MoS as well (if anything). Magitroopa (talk) 06:45, 19 June 2023 (UTC)

I recommend taking a look into the article, as the formatting has recently been messed up, and an unsourced claim about the remaining Season 1 episodes has been added. BrickMaster02 (talk) 23:30, 25 June 2023 (UTC)

Who agreed on that decision? There are no discussions about it anywhere. I’ve tried talking to other editors but they’re all ghosting me. My point is that the episodes should be paired, that’s how they are when they air on reruns. SpongeBob goes by production order, so why not here? 2600:1700:2120:DF90:15EE:E0AC:18ED:F3F9 (talk) 05:08, 12 July 2023 (UTC)

WP:OTHER- airdate order is correct and is usually the go-to for WP:TV. There are obviously certain exceptions such as instances where production codes/order does matter more, which is not here. Airdate order has also been the standard for however many months/years now at this article, and should not randomly be changed without any discussion beforehand. Magitroopa (talk) 05:21, 12 July 2023 (UTC)
May I ask why the production order does not apply? Who decides? I would like have a discussion about this, because the information is wrong. Nickelodeon ordered the first season for 26 episodes, not 50. If that rules applies to SpongeBob, shouldn’t it apply to its spin-off as well?2600:1700:2120:DF90:5D03:2E69:C85C:5112 (talk) 21:57, 12 July 2023 (UTC)

Whose Line episode list

Hi, Magitroopa. I saw you reverted my formatting change to Whose Line season 18. I was planning on converting the final three seasons to match the previous seventeen. I don't think what's in place now in the later seasons is any more "correct" (like you said in the edit summary) than the previous seasons. In fact I think the earlier ones' formatting is substantially more useful to a Whose Line viewer – cleanly showing what performers (and special guests) are featured in each episode (and who "won" each episode), rather than trivial titles like "Episode 425" or "Special 3" that don't convey all that much. Wondering if I can convert the final seasons for the sake of consistency and then open up a larger talk page discussion if you'd like to return to this. Thanks. -- Wikipedical (talk) 19:04, 1 October 2023 (UTC)

@Wikipedical: I'm sorry, but that is absolutely the wrong thing to do (in this case). Yes, they should be formatted the same, but correctly using templates- in this case, Template:Episode table and Template:Episode list. This exact issue has been discussed previously at Talk:List of Whose Line Is It Anyway? (American TV series) episodes#Episode table parameters and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television/Archive 33#Whose Line Is It Anyway? episode tables. Misusing the various parameters for whatever we feel like putting there instead is not the way to go about this. I'd say (at least, for myself) the only reason the seasons 1-17 haven't been formatted correctly since those discussions took place is that it would take quite a bit of time to take care of (by all means, if you or anyone else feels up for it- go right ahead).
TL;DR- misusing the template parameters is not the right thing to do here, and the seasons 1-17 episode tables should be corrected rather than make the newer seasons follow suit with the wrong. Magitroopa (talk) 19:23, 1 October 2023 (UTC)
Just read through the discussions you mentioned, and there is no clear consensus (only a handful of editors participated). Again, "correctly" is an opinion. I get what you're saying, but I still don't think that what's in the wiki markup parameters is more important than the information displayed publicly. Episode titles are not useful for this series, whereas they are for narrative shows. -- Wikipedical (talk) 19:35, 1 October 2023 (UTC)
Another idea, which could be a good compromise, would be to put all the performers from each episode in one Aux field. That would address your issue of misusing parameters and also satisfy my concern that removing the performers would take away useful info. -- Wikipedical (talk) 19:39, 1 October 2023 (UTC)
Apologies if I come off as sounding rude, but no, "correctly" is not an opinion. Templates such as these were created for reasons, and one of those reasons was certainly not to ignore the template's instructions and put whatever we feel like putting.
In regards to what you said regarding Aux, do you mean like such?:
No.

  • Special guest: Amber Riley
  • Games performed: Hollywood Director, Mixed Messages, Song Styles, Scenes from a Hat, Helping Hands
Given that the special guest episodes usually are titled as "First Last #", I would think putting [[Kat Graham]] 2 would do. What I would say though, however, is that remember there is a list of episodes article and an article for each season. We don't want to cram too much in either. For the record, it still would be significantly better than the current state of the 1-17 tables, lol. (Seriously- 'RTitle' to house the airdate, 'Viewers' to house performer #4, 'Aux4' housing what should be under 'Viewers', etc.? I seriously question whoever originally came up with all of this in the first place...) Magitroopa (talk) 19:59, 1 October 2023 (UTC)
The season articles transclude to the main List of Whose Lines episodes page, so updating the season pages of course updates that as well. And this table looks good, though I would also add a "Special guest" Aux for the seasons where they're heavily featured because that's good info to have transcluded to the LoE page. And I hesitate to even include any episode titles, which again are pretty unimportant in Whose Line. The Drew Carey-era episodes are titled by prod. code anyway, if we're including those (I'd accept that as a compromise as well), and the Aisha Tyler titles would be redundant with the special guest field (plus, I'm noticing in Season 20, there are some titles like "Special 2" that do not include the special guest).
So my alt would be:

Whose Line ending with "season 12"

Hi there, re: revert, isn't returning for the "Season 12" a continuation the 20th season? Other sources are saying 20th as well. -- Wikipedical (talk) 20:13, 12 October 2023 (UTC)

@Wikipedical: It's a bit weird with this show and how it's changed networks over the years and The CW themselves don't seem to quite know when each season begins and/or ends... note that the same press release says that Penn & Teller: Fool Us is 'returning' for season 10, and that is 100% known to be a brand new season. And even when they are saying it to be 'season 12', the official CW website goes by including the prior seasons to say that the recent season is season 20.
The Futon Critic lists the June 9, 2023 episode as, "20th season summer finale" so maybe it is still season 20?...- either way, it should hopefully (pretty please, CW?...) become clearer when it gets closer. Magitroopa (talk) 20:39, 12 October 2023 (UTC)
That makes sense. And that being the case, it still makes more sense to me to list Season 20's episode count and end date as TBA instead of definitively as what's listed now. -- Wikipedical (talk) 21:57, 12 October 2023 (UTC)
@Wikipedical: Please stop changing the production codes without sourcing, as well as removing the sourcing for airdates/production codes on the newer seasons/episodes- this is certainly not helping. I see you have now added the sourcing for the season 9 production codes, so thank you- but that should've been included originally. And is there any sourcing for S1-8 (ABC) seasons' production codes? If there is, that should be added, and if not, that column/info should be removed from those seasons. Magitroopa (talk) 22:20, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
I'm only seeing those production codes in the first seasons via IMDb listings- unless you have a reliable source for those, it should be removed as IMDb is not a reliable source. Magitroopa (talk) 22:23, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
Hi there, the S1-8 episodes themselves can be cited as primary sources per MOS:TVEPISODE because their end credits show the production codes there. -- Wikipedical (talk) 22:39, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
Ah, just saw now. Thanks for the info. Magitroopa (talk) 22:42, 15 October 2023 (UTC)

Rosary The Racing Car Dragga Edit

Good day to you, or whatever time it is.

If it's no trouble, I have a question to ask about an article you edited a few days ago: It was, as the title of my topic says, Roary The Racing Car, and you removed my edit regarding information of one of the cars, Dragga (or Drifter). How was I wrong, if I may ask? I only put that in the article as it's something I saw in an episode upon a rewatch on YouTube in the episode where Tin Top and the other Silver Hatch cars get featured like Conrod, though I forgot the name. It had the "I'm Me" song in it though. Was that wrong, what I put? Triviatronic9000 (talk) 21:13, 22 October 2023 (UTC)

@Triviatronic9000: My apologies- I had to revert back to an earlier version (prior to your edit) due to all the disruptive IPs prior to your edit. An IP range (which was recently blocked for block evasion) had readded the same information, but I had reverted that, not knowing it was what you had previously originally added in. I will put that back in. Magitroopa (talk) 21:31, 22 October 2023 (UTC)

That Girl Lay Lay (TV series)

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that on March 18, 2021 Nickelodeon officially greenlit That Girl Lay Lay (actual title and confirmed title) for a 13 half-hour episode first season. I think an article needs to be created for this show. It needs to be added to upcoming on Nickelodeon original programming table. It is created by David A. Arnold and John D. Beck, Ron Hart, Carolyn Newman, and Will Packer serve as executive producers. The first episode is titled “Out the App” and it is written by David A. Arnold and directed by Wendy Faraone. I know IMDb is not really a reliable source but they have more official info about the show. Its set to premiere in June 2021. Just a heads up! :)

Hi, so it was confirmed on Mattel's 2022 Licensing Conference that All Engines Go had been renewed for two more seasons. I don't know how to source this since the conference was on Google Drive, but I'll link a reupload of the Thomas panel.

Also back in October 2020 when the series was announced it was confirmed both Seasons 1 and 2 had 52 episodes each, which is most likely the same for Seasons 3 and 4.
