One example here on Tariq Anam Khan Undid revision 1140484862 by 38.15.100.205 (talk) does not explain why you undid 38.15.100.205's edit. That is actually the default edit summary for an undo. Also, you marked the edit as "minor". Minor tagging is for simple fixes such as a spelling or punctuation correction. See wp:MINOR. Please don't use the "This is a minor edit" when you undo an edit; explain why you undid the edit in the edit summary. Thank you Adakiko (talk) 10:47, 16 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If undoing an edit, an ES of "In conflict with source" or "Error per source". Best if it reflects the source. Something that is blatantly wrong such as changing the birthday of a living person from 1980 to 1805 or to 2052 doesn't need an ES. In that case, "rvv" is quite sufficient. An established editor is less likely to need to give a full reason.

BTW: we're casual around here. No need for a salutation such as "dear sir" or "sir".

That you are replying to my edit is quite sufficient. If it's not clear, a notification such as a {{ping|Adakiko}} will send me a notification and let me know who you are talking to can be of help. Unsourced information in the Raj Ripa article[edit]

I have added the source and updated it with the correct information. Still I got blocked. Truth has no price. I see that there are some pages that have fake information and no source of information.
