"Citizens beocme Alien"

Many of us secular well educated people don't go to cast their vote on the eve of distinguish election to consume an extra holiday sitting idly at home(specially in Urban areas).hi The result what happens that 31% voters demonstrate future of india for another five years. The nonvoters even have been continued to criticise over the faulty of the ruling party and claiming of a good governance like so called "mamar barir abdar". This is called "citizens become alien". So, who is more resoponsible for the chaotic in our society?

A common entrance should conduct for the MLA,MP,panchayat memeber etc with entitled 'Common Politician Eligibility Test' For a prosperous democratic and secular nation as well.
