ArbCom 2021 Elections voter message[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2021 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 23 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

ThermoPro moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, ThermoPro, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Thank you for reviewing my article. I tried to source each and every sentence in the article and to be honest, it has quote a strong source compared to other articles I have worked so far so I am not sure why you moved it as not ready? I strated as a stub so other editors can improve it. Can you please be kind enough to explain? Regards. Meriutanla (talk) 20:36, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Mirrors[edit]

Information icon Thanks for contributing to the article Bahrain. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Also at Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and Libya. When you have that many hits to mirrors that quickly, I think you're trying to search on exact matches for sentences. When you do that, you'll typically get one of two things: 1) a "mirror" which copies Wikipedia (usually with the correct license to do this), or 2) a site one of our editors copied from. For 1, you cannot use this as a source obviously - just look for any mention of Wikipedia on the page. For 2 - please call attention to the material so we can remove the copyright problem on our end. If I can help, please let me know. Kuru (talk) 02:58, 10 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
