November 2018[edit]

Regarding your recent edits, please note that at List of cities in Australia by population the table that you added Mornington Peninsula and Fankston to is quite clearly marked "GCCSA/SUA" while the data you added is for LGAs. It should not be added again. Similarly at List of places in Victoria by population the table is not for LGAs. They are for individual populated places (cities, towns etc). Again, the content should not be restored to that table either. Note also that the columns are idividually referenced so that all content comes from one source. Individually sourced rows should be avoided. --AussieLegend () 14:19, 18 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Mornington Peninsula, without citing a reliable source. Images[edit]

Please note that images should not be placed before the infobox in articles. All images should be after the infobox and, per MOS:IMAGESIZE, fixed image sizes should be avoided. When there is good justification for an image size to be forced, the size whould be a whole integer. Sizes such as "276.98529052734375x276.98529052734375px"[1] make no sense and should not be used at all. That sort of precision cannot be achieved by the Mediawiki software. --AussieLegend () 06:09, 20 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Thanks for contributing to the article Mornington Peninsula. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Mornington Peninsula. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You're still adding the same dubious content with the same dubious sourcing. You've been reverted by two editors now and even with the countless 'fixed' lists there are still sources on the list that don't confirm the person's connection (e.g. Ellen DeGeneres). Many are still sourced to blogs and other unreliable sources. Please go through and check every entry has a reliable source to back it up.Teratix 07:24, 29 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
