Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 07:57, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Philippine Cultural College[edit]

Good to see you ready to work on the article now that it is no longer protected. However, I think you should be cautious how you do so as you learn about Wikipedia.

I'm sorry, but I felt it best to revert almost all of your recent edits. They appear to have been copied from promotional material for the college, and are not written in a tone appropriate for an encyclopedia article.

You have a conflict of interest with this article. Please review our conflict of interest policy. While it is your choice how to approach editing the article, I strongly encourage you to use the talk page and make detailed edit summaries when editing the article.

The article needs independent, reliable sources to verify the information and help us determine how to present that information in a neutral manner. Any information that is not properly referenced may be removed from the article. Self-published sources by the college may be used to verify very basic information.

You should change your username per WP:USERNAME and especially WP:CORPNAME.

I'm sure this is a bit overwhelming. Start by changing your username, then decide how you want to work within WP:COI. --Ronz (talk) 16:33, 26 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Toshikazu Sunada.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Toshikazu Sunada.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 11:05, 12 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright problem removed from Philippine Cultural College[edit]

Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. The material was copied from: http://www.pchsonline.org/history.htm. I read your note indicating that this use was permitted, but unfortunately the website itself says "All rights reserved". The article was blanked for a week with instructions how to verify the copyright permission. The material has been removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "donating copyrighted materials".) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 00:13, 13 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
