(Please not that I am actually blocked on Wikimedia Commons, Not Wikipedia.) I think there is some problem with my IP address, because I have received several accusations that my computer was being a zombie or that I was doing things that disrupt Wikipedia. I can only assure everyone that I haven't done anything. But if it seems to anyone that I am doing anything, please let me know so that I can fix everything. (I tried to renew my IP address and I was told that an internal error had occurred and that I had an "unknown media status code".)

As far as I can tell, you don't have an account by the same name on the commons. You have left no indication of your commons username/IP address.
To request an unblock for the commons, please request it on the commons - commons admins aren't necessarily the same users as English Wikipedia admins.
