Your edit to Rome Film Fest[edit]

It is very important that you don't copy information from other websites. It amounts to copyright violation. You can cite information on other works, but you can copy their words except in limited circumstances for short quotes to maintain accuracy. I deleted the article because it was a copyright violation. You're welcome to rewrite the article without copying, but you have to follow the guidelines to make sure it's not deleted again. Read up on some of the links I gave you above. Thanks - Taxman Talk 22:41, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
You've been blocked for recreating the article with the same copyright violation. Please do not continue to do this. Please read up on the links above so that you can learn how to write an article without copyright violation. You can edit this talk page while blocked, so use that as an opportunity to demonstrate you've learned how to avoid violating copyright. - Taxman Talk 16:22, 26 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removing Speedy Tags[edit]

Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Alphachimp talk 20:36, 25 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from articles as it is considered vandalism. You may place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page if you oppose an article's speedy deletion. Thanks. alphaChimp laudare 16:17, 31 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned fair use image (Image:Logorenzopiano02.jpg)[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Logorenzopiano02.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Commercial use of Image:Logo home.jpg[edit]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Logo home.jpg, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Logo home.jpg is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only" or "used with permission for use on Wikipedia only" which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3).

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Logo home.jpg itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 16:04, 7 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free use disputed for Image:Romefilmfestlogo.png[edit]

Warning sign This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Romefilmfestlogo.png. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 23:36, 1 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
