Vandalism on Little Big Planet ?

Vandalism?! What?! --90.194.228.3 (talk) 21:56, 26 November 2009 (UTC)—Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.194.228.3 (talk) 21:54, 26 November 2009 (UTC)

I am not the one who reverted your edit on the Little Big Planet article. ChimpanzeeUK did it. I must add that he did the right thing to revert it since you added inaccurate content to the article. Little Big Adventure is NOT the prequel to Little Big Planet. You stated in the edit summary that you have added source : where were they? This is, in my opinion, why ChimpanzeeUK reverted you edit. Whether it was or wasn't vandalism is discussable. Actually, the user whom reverted your edit used Twinkle, a "Wiki-App-Gadget" that help revert non-usefull edit(vandalism, blanking, hoax... anything). The message is automatic : If the message would have been done manually, maybe vandalism would not have been the word. May I invite you to create an account. I will be pleased to help you in your future edits if needed : you just need to ask! --Stroppolo (talk) 01:35, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

Good job on the Pierce Brosnan page

Good job on catching the vandalism on the Pierce Brosnan page. --CreativeSoul7981 (talk) 18:54, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

Account Creation Interface

I, Stroppolo, request an account on the ACC account creation interface. --Stroppolotalkcontribs 03:29, 2 January 2010 (UTC)

Thank you for applying to access the account creation tool. I have approved your request so welcome to the team. You may now access the tool here. Before you do so, please read the tool's guide to familiarize yourself with the process. You may also want to join #wikipedia-en-accounts on IRC where a bot informs us when new account requests come in as well as the mailing list.
Currently you are allowed to create up to six accounts per day (a day being from 0:00 UTC to 23:59 UTC), although you won't be able to create an account with a similar name to that of another user; these requests are marked "Account Creator Needed". However, if you reach the limit frequently, you can request the account creator permission at WP:PERM.
Please keep in mind that the ACC tool is a powerful program, and misuse may result in your access being suspended by a tool administrator. Don't hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any questions. Thank you for participating in the account creation process. Again welcome! ---- Александр Дмитрий (Alexandr Dmitri) (talk) 08:26, 5 January 2010 (UTC)

Reverting good faith edits

Hi Stroppolo and thanks for all your work preventing vandalism. FYI, when you revert a set of good faith edits by a first-time IP editor. like 186.42.37.136's edits to Hogwarts here it is a good idea to place a {{welcome}} message on the new editor's talk page. I see your user page status says you are "offline" right now, so I've posted a welcome on your behalf (here) on this occasion. Best wishes - Pointillist (talk) 22:44, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

You are right. I always forget to give welcoming template to IP user. Thanks for your attention, it is always welcome. --Stroppolotalk 23:21, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
No problem – it can be difficult to get the balance right. Happy editing. Pointillist (talk) 23:24, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

Adoption

Hello, per your request on IRC, consider yourself adopted :) Just ask me questions on my talk page/IRC, etc., etc.  fetchcomms 23:06, 17 January 2010 (UTC)

Thanks...

...for this [1] (though we all know that Huggle is cheating!) raseaCtalk to me 00:52, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

Cheating although effective when used correctly :) Glad to have been of help! --Stroppolotalk 01:20, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

It is different on that page there is all windows games on this one there's only games that work on windows 98. --Huge234 (talk) 03:48, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

You article had no sufficient content to counter removal. You only listed about 2-3 games. Wikipedia is not a platform to create lists. When you do create a list, it has to bring substantial content, which it didn't. It was not the first article about the same content you created the same day that have been deleted. Please refrain from recreating unless you have enough content. --Stroppolotalk 13:23, 21 January 2010 (UTC)

Username of "Jayy Delan0y is a big inept numbskull"

You know on User talk:J.delanoy that deleting only those three revisions by that user did not hide his name, right? 142.26.18.188 (talk) 20:25, 1 February 2010 (UTC)

Yeah, I know. But what could I have done more? I went to Username for Administrator Attention but the user was already banned. I've at least remove the attack commentary. --Stroppolotalk 23:09, 1 February 2010 (UTC)

Iron Maiden Vandalism

Dear Stroppolo,

I have just reverted multiple instances of vandalism by this user: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:204.112.243.21 whom you previously gave a final warning. As it is an anon, I do not know how you wished to proceed, but figured I would bring the issue to your attention.

Thanks for telling me. I have proceeded to AIV. All his edit seems to be vandalism or total nonsense. Have a great day! --Stroppolotalk 05:48, 18 February 2010 (UTC)

Re: Account Creation Interface

Sorry about that, I'm rather new here. I missed the "Flagged user needed" section, so I thought it was to close. Sorry, I'll try not to do it again! --The High Fin Sperm Whale 20:31, 21 February 2010 (UTC)

Reverts in Horcrux

Thanks for your good work on patrolling the Horcrux article, but I believe you just reverted User:74.76.218.254's useful edit by accident along with vandalism by User:93.96.16.65. Please take care to avoid collateral damage when reverting :-). --pmj (talk) 01:48, 25 February 2010 (UTC)

An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is Magic in Harry Potter. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Magic in Harry Potter. Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:07, 27 February 2010 (UTC)
