Unblock Deutsche Bahn IP[edit]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 46.183.103.8. This IP adress does not belong to a VPN/Proxy. It is the IP adress assigned to the public WiFi available in an ICE-Train of the Deutsche Bahn. Please UNblock. Sueco Viejo (talk) 13:41, 30 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Well, if that's what it is, you won't be on the train forever, will you? (and very often public WiFi networks like this use the same services (and servers) that provide VPN services.) If you're on the rails a lot you should apply for IP block exemption; follow the instructions at WP:IPECPROXY. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:42, 1 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
