Please read WP:BLP.

Regarding "her husband stated they have been divorced in 2015, though no divorce document was shown". Just what exactly are you trying to say here? Are you implying that, in your personal opinion, they are not actually divorced? Or what?

Take it to Talk:Bai Baihe#Personal life and make your case there. Herostratus (talk) 16:47, 20 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I have edited this part for several times because this actress had a scandal and she had pretty diligent publicity team to remove my edited part every time I made the editing. And this was quite neutral and finally no one removed it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by T9qnl (talkcontribs)

As a general rule, we do not include material about a living person that makes them look bad or would make them unhappy, unless it is truly necessary to an encyclopedic understanding of the subject and we are completely confident that it is true, which means the sources must be extremely reliable.
This is done, mainly, out of respect for the reputation, privacy, and feelings of living persons. We are not here to make the subjects of our article sad, nor to document minor peccadillos of people in this venue where they will will persist for decades or perhaps centuries.
See WP:BLP. Also, I am not an agent of Bai Baihe or connected to her in any way, I actually have no idea who she is. I am just enforcing WP:BLP, an important policy here. Herostratus (talk) 19:41, 21 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I understand the venue here does not want to record any 'minor fault'of a living person. Everyone shall make mistakes and given room to change. However in this case, it is not simply a 'minor'issue. This actress, if without the image of fidelity as a wife for years, she would not have garnered her stardom as such and other pecuniary profit followed. This is Chinese society, maybe you could not understand. If without this scandal, she would continue faking this image and deceiving the audience. The inconsistencies between her image and the way she truly is are sth tainting the entertainment industry and the soceity as a whole. — Preceding unsigned comment added by T9qnl (talkcontribs)

It's no good having this discussion just on your talk page. It should be on the article talk page. I will copy some of this over there and meed you over at the article talk page. Herostratus (talk) 01:56, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
