You are still not signing your signature[edit]

The directions should be in the Welcome message I put above. You hold the Shift key down while putting four tildes. Or click the signature button on the tool bar above. Regarding the survey, either Mastercard removed it or your computer has a cookie that allows you to bypass it. Still, the rules are to avoid commercial sites if at all possible. For External links, the rules are in WP:EL. For footnotes, the rules are in WP:CITE, I believe. If not, the internal link rules would be in WP:V, WP:RS and/or WP:ATT.
