I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. Thank you for you recent addition to the High Speed 2 article, add a map of the proposed "Y-shape" branches towards Manchester and Leeds. Is this just your own guess, or at the shown routes based on hard proposal, eg. published by the government, DfT, or HS2 Ltd? —Sladen (talk) 17:15, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The source for the route is mentioned on the file description page, under Source. It's from http://www.dft.gov.uk/pgr/rail/pi/highspeedrail/hs2ltd/networkoptions/, a report by HS2 published by DfT. I realize that it's more of an overview than a detailed route, and that's why I used the term 'corridor'.Timoka10 (talk) 09:36, 31 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
