Starhyke[edit]

Hi - I haven't actually seen the entire series, but it definitely is a space adventure series owing to the fact that a large amount of it is set about a spaceship, and involves a conflict with an alien race. It's also a comedy series in the same vein as Hyperdrive (TV series). Tom walker (talk) 07:53, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If you're interested in all of those, you may be interested to know about 'The Lotus Caves', a TV pilot that's just been approved based on a novel about a lunar colony where some colonists rebel and discover a cave left by an ancient alien race. More info at [1]. It's too early to say if it belongs in the category, but it's definitely worth following! Tom walker (talk) 11:32, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Doubrava[edit]

Dear Peter, I am writing from Canada to ask you about your photo of Doubrava - I am doing a special concert of music by Johann Sebastian Bach with my orchestra and there is a section about the family of paper makers called "Michael" who made paper for Bach in Doubrava (Grün) for five years around 1720. Do you have any photos of the old Papirna in Doubrava? Would it be possible for me to use them in our concert? Thank you! A. MackayAdmacfall (talk) 02:18, 16 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. This is a photo of the Steinel Paper Mill in Doubrava (Grün). This Mill no longer stand. I hope you find it helpful. --Zipacna1 (talk) 15:31, 16 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Doubrava[edit]

Dear Peter, Thank you for your message about the paper mill ! Two questions - may I use your photo of Doubrava (Doubrava 2008-10-25.jpg) in my concert? (projected on a screen) I would need to credit your first and last name - can you tell me your last name? Also do you have any photos of the old old papirna (like http://www.kr-karlovarsky.cz/cyklo/cyklotrasy/as/Documents/doubrava_kameny.jpg) Thank you!! Europe 10,000 Challenge invite[edit]

Hi. The Wikipedia:WikiProject Europe/The 10,000 Challenge has recently started, based on the UK/Ireland Wikipedia:The 10,000 Challenge. The idea is not to record every minor edit, but to create a momentum to motivate editors to produce good content improvements and creations and inspire people to work on more countries than they might otherwise work on. There's also the possibility of establishing smaller country or regional challenges for places like Germany, Italy, the Benelux countries, Iberian Peninsula, Romania, Slovenia etc, much like Wikipedia:The 1000 Challenge (Nordic). For this to really work we need diversity and exciting content and editors from a broad range of countries regularly contributing. If you would like to see masses of articles being improved for Europe and your specialist country like Wikipedia:WikiProject Africa/The Africa Destubathon, sign up today and once the challenge starts a contest can be organized. This is a way we can target every country of Europe, and steadily vastly improve the encyclopedia. We need numbers to make this work so consider signing up as a participant and also sign under any country sub challenge on the page that you might contribute to! Thank you. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:09, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Díky a přeji hezký den, VitVit (talk) 20:51, 5 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
