I have made a page about someone who's very notable in Riyadh city, his name is Khalid Bin Hamad Abuhaimed. I would love you to approve his page that I have made yesterday which you declined it early this morning.

Do you mean Draft:Khalid Hamad abuhaimed? It has no references, and that is why it was declined. If he was well known in Riyadh, you should be able to find references to him in Saudi newspapers and magazines. We can accept references in Arabic (or other foreign languages).
