The 2024–25 EuroCup Women was the 23rd edition of FIBA Europe's second-tier international competition for women's basketball clubs under such name. London Lions are the defending champions, but won't defend their title after not entering European competitions this season due to financial reasons.[1]

After the qualifiers, 48 teams are divided into 12 groups of 4. with the top 2 plus the 4 best third place teams advancing to the knockout stage. Each tie in the knockout stage is played in a home and away format, where the winner on aggregate wins the tie and advances to the next round.
