  • curprev 17:5317:53, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 7,285 bytes +807 Added citations to substantiate the truth that Chalcedonian Christianity rejects that Christ is a human person, which is something that many amateur scholars and uninformed historians and theologians often get wrong, as is evidenced by everything I needed to remove in this article. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 17:4817:48, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 6,478 bytes −339 Added an actual summary of the Chalcedonian doctrine. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 17:3217:32, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 6,817 bytes −3 Grammatical fix, as there is not *one* Chalcedonian branch and the fact that the Roman Church has never accepted Canon 28 as an authentic Ecclesiological act, I also removed the statement that Chalcedonian Christianity accepts the ecclesiology of the council by necessity. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 17:1217:12, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 6,820 bytes −749 Removed another collection of misinformation, as dyophysitism is the proper name given to Chalcedonian Christology, not something used as a derrogative by the Miaphysites. Most of what I have removed doesn't even require familiarity I have with the issues to verify as false, one only needs to reference the other articles linked with sources that actually verify the historical events. As I said, this is Wikipedia, not the place for bias or theological agenda. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 17:0617:06, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 7,569 bytes −113 Where the editor got the idea that Miaphysitism is the only Non-Chalcedonian historical Church that persists is beyond me, as the chart below demonstrates to be false. The Church of the East and daughter churches were entirely omitted. I highly suggest that before editing this article beyond grammatical correction, the editor is properly educated on the intricacies of this topic, as even a slight miswording can result in massive doctrinal misrepresentation of various groups. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 16:5816:58, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 7,682 bytes −2,123 This entire section needs to go and be rewritten. The dates provided are inaccurate, the events mentioned were largely fabricated by whoever made this entry, along with more errors than are able to be mentioned here. Should anyone think I am being too hasty in my edits, please open a topic in the talk page before unwittingly making a good-faith edit that restores blatant misinformation. undo Tags: Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 16:5416:54, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 9,805 bytes −1,910 Removed a slew of blatant misinformation written by someone with an obvious theological agenda. This is wikipedia, not the place for a psuedo-historical polemic lacking grammatical coherence. Once again, I will try to overhaul this whole article. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 16:4816:48, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 11,715 bytes −544 Removed what can at best be described as a sloppy omission and at best an anti East-Syriac polemic which completely omits the historical Church of the East. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 16:4416:44, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 12,259 bytes −237 Removed an equally simplistic summary of those who have ratified Chalcedon which belongs in the article related to the council itself. I am considering adding a revised version of this with the proper nuances. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 16:4216:42, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 12,496 bytes −365 The Churches that reject Chalcedon cannot be simplified as such. There are so many different Christian groups that reject Chalcedon for a variety of reasons that to properly address it would require an article of its own. There are the IFB, Non-Creedal ND's, Church of Christ, ACOE, and ANCOE groups, just to name a few. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 16:3716:37, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 12,861 bytes −44 The Church of the East is not in any way "indirectly miaphysitie" and this fails to take into account the Theodoran Christological resolutions. The COTE literally exists to oppose miaphysitism, let's do basic verification on things, folks. I might do a complete rehaul of this article when I get the editing experience for proper formatting, as the current form is still a bit of a disaster. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
  • curprev 16:3416:34, 5 February 2023 Ysys9 talk contribs 12,905 bytes −140 Semi-Chalcedonian is not a real category, and the provided verification describes a phenomenon from a biased perspective, hence it is a failed verification. undo Tags: Visual edit Mobile edit Mobile web edit
