And I think the reason for his other titles not being mentioned in the infobox is preventing clutter. Other articles like Mehmed II's include "Caesar of Rome", so I don't see a problem with having Tsar of Russia here. undo Tags: Undo Reverted

Thus why he isn’t included in lists of rulers of Russia. Just because he “proclaimed” himself tsar of Russia doesn’t mean in reality he was the ruler of Russia, which he wasn’t undo Tags: Undo Reverted
