It's not really anything notable. I'm against censorship, so one of the most annoying things is when you get people removing content from say, the [[Satanist]] article, ''for'' Christianity. Hell, even if you check the history of that page, the last edit was a bot reverting vandalism that said "Jesus rocks", or some crap. Again, vandals on Wikipedia arn't really any of my concern - I revert their edits and give them no recognition or credit, after all, they deserve none. ≈ [[User: The Haunted Angel|The Haunted Angel]] 19:56, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

So - thanks for your comment. Please advise on the difference between editing (revising, removing, adding text) and vandalism. Medusa123 02:33, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Replied on talk page. ≈ The Haunted Angel 11:09, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Forcing contributors to register and become a trackable part of the community is a form of censorship. No one can edit unless they've got their papers, huh? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.167.122.17 (talkcontribs)

....what? I'm not sure who you are, but let me say that Wikipedia does not force people to register to edit unless you wish to edit a protected article... and I don't see how it is exactly censorship - the only people who are denied approval are those who vandalize articles. ≈ The Haunted Angel 11:09, 2 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

hello

Hi I have been a fan of yours for a long time. I just created an accout here and I hope you and I can be friends on here. Im Nevilledad but call me Neb. Nevilledad 18:27, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, knock yourself out. ≈ The Haunted Angel 18:35, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. So can I come to you if I have any questions about Wikipedia? I have never been on here as a user before. Nevilledad 18:45, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, I'd be glad to help out a new user. ≈ The Haunted Angel 18:52, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ok thank you so much. How long have you been on Wikipedia? Nevilledad 19:00, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Since March 2006, I believe. ≈ The Haunted Angel 19:07, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Has it been fun? Any serious problems during your time on Wikpedia or has it been a smooth road. Nevilledad 19:12, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nah it's been pretty smooth, no real problems - I enjoy editing Wikipedia a lot; someone (forget who) said somewhere on their User Page that Wikipedia may just be the single greatest thing mankind has collectivly done as a race, and as long as we maintain the articles, it can stay like that. Even though you do get mindless vandals (a fair few around the Cradle of Filth article I look after), part of the cause of Wikipedia is to keep them from these articles. ≈ The Haunted Angel 19:23, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thats good. I agree with that statement as well. I have edited some as an IP but I finally decided to create me an accout of me own. Vandals seem to be plentifull though. Do you have any close friends on Wikipedia? Nevilledad 19:28, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hmm, people I work with frequently are Cardinal Wurzel (Cradle of Filth articles), Evula, RobWill80 and Marphy Black (Mortal Kombat articles); they are the best people I know here. ≈ The Haunted Angel 19:31, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thats good. Do you have any enemies on here as well? Nevilledad 19:36, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Nah, I try not to have "enemies". If there's someone I disagree with, it's either a simple difference of opinion, which wouldn't make them my enemy, or because they are a vandal, in which case they are defying Wikipedia itself, and so they get banned - not worthy of my time to call my "enemy". ≈ The Haunted Angel 19:39, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am also a Satanist like you so I feel the same way as you about religous vandalism. i notice that is pretty prevelant. I clicked on the link on your user page but I couldnt get a history of your dealings with religous vandals. Nevilledad 19:47, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It's not really anything notable. I'm against censorship, so one of the most annoying things is when you get people removing content from say, the Satanist article, for Christianity. Hell, even if you check the history of that page, the last edit was a bot reverting vandalism that said "Jesus rocks", or some crap. Again, vandals on Wikipedia arn't really any of my concern - I revert their edits and give them no recognition or credit, after all, they deserve none. ≈ The Haunted Angel 19:56, 5 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
