Carl Scott was born on Wednesday, July 5, 1989 in Detroit, Michigan along with a twin brother, Carlton. Born to Alisa Rodgers and Carlton Scott. Carl began his early childhood playing football and running track. He spent most of his childhood living in Downtown Detroit.
