A neutrally written article that is well sourced and which asserts notability would not be a problem. Unfortunately, as it sat, it would have required a total rewrite because of its promotional tone and lack of an assertion of notability, and thus met [[WP:CSD|Criteria for Speedy Deletion]]. Hope this helps. If you like, I can bring a copy of the article over to your user space so that you can write on it. Bear in mind though, that if the user space copy is not improved, it may again be deleted. Speedy deletion of Carpool One
A tag has been placed on Carpool One, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Algebraist 01:29, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
The article Carpool One has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article, which appeared to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the notability of the subject may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Dlohcierekim 01:41, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Answer Carpool one
Thanks for your note. The eMusic article asserts notability. Although way too many of the sources are the company and it certainly could use a rewrite in some places, it is also veritably sourced by reliable third parties unconnected with the subject. The eMusic article also addresses some of the subject's bad qualities. Please see WP:Corp, WP:RS, and WP:V.
