Sean Phillips is a British comic book artist, inker, and penciller.

Much of Phillips' British work has yet to be collected in book form, but he is best known for his work as the co-creator of Devlin Waugh for the Judge Dredd Megazine and Straitgate in Crisis (both of which were written by John Smith). He also illustrated several episodes of Judge Dredd in 2000 AD.

He is currently back working with Ed Brubaker on Criminal[1] [2] and a newer title Incognito[3] for Icon.
