Jerry Martin Matthews was adopted by his stepfather Harold Graham and his name was legally changed. Dr. Jerry Graham was a licensed [[hypnotist]]. Dr. Graham was wrestling at the age of 14 in his hometown of [[Phoenix]]. Dr. Graham was the founder of the [[The Graham Family]] which held numerous titles. The family included [[Eddie Graham]], [[Luke Graham]], [[Billy Graham (wrestler)|"Superstar" Billy Graham (Wayne Coleman)]], [[Eddie Graham|Eddie Graham (Edward Gossett)]], [[Mike Graham|Mike Graham (Mike Gossett)]] and himself Dr.Jerry Graham. Jerry soled out [[Madison Square Garden]] many times in the 1950's and late 1960's with [[Eddie Graham]] they were known as the Golden Grahams. After his tag team success Dr. Graham brought Crazy Luke Graham (James Grady Johnson) and Superstar Billy Graham (Wayne Coleman) into the Graham family. In 1957 one of the most infamous matches in wrestling history when Dr. Graham and [[Dick the Bruiser]] wrestled [[Argentina Rocca]] and [[Edouard Carpentier]] on [[November 19]], [[1957]] at [[Madison Square Garden]]. During the match a major riot exploded and many fans arrested with eight police officers being injured from chairs that were thrown by fans. All of the wrestlers during the match were fined unknown amounts of moneys. Bruiser was banned for life from wrestling in [[New York]]. Dr. Graham feuded with Buddy Rogers in 1956 which set attendance records at that time. Jerry Martin Matthews better known as Dr. Jerry Graham was born on (December 16, 1930January 24, 1997). Jerry was a professional wrestler. Jerry Martin Matthews was adopted by his stepfather Harold Graham and his name was legally changed. Dr. Jerry Graham was a licensed hypnotist. Dr. Graham was wrestling at the age of 14 in his hometown of Phoenix. Dr. Graham was the founder of the The Graham Family which held numerous titles. The family included Eddie Graham, Luke Graham, "Superstar" Billy Graham (Wayne Coleman), Eddie Graham (Edward Gossett), Mike Graham (Mike Gossett) and himself Dr.Jerry Graham.
