Jonathan Biss (b. 1980) is an American classical pianist.

Biss represents the third generation in a family of professional musicians, which includes his grandmother Raya Garbousova (for whom Samuel Barber composed his Cello Concerto), as well as his parents, the Israeli-born violinist Miriam Fried and the violist Paul Biss. He has received a number of awards and is the only American to date to have been chosen to participate in the BBC’s New Generation Artists’ scheme.
