  1. Why are editors mentioning debates such as DRVs, TFDs, AFDs on the Article Rescue Squadron?
Although Article Rescue Squadron does not have a "wikiproject" in the title, it functions like a wikiproject. In wikiprojects editors with certain interests work together to further the goals of the project, this includes discussing all aspects of deletion. The only difference between Article Rescue Squadron and other wikiprojects is that our scope is bigger, to include all subjects of interest on wikipedia.
  2. Why are non-articles tagged with {{rescue}}? I thought this was the article rescue squadron.
While articles are the main focus, useful but badly-formed encyclopedia content can be found in other namespaces. If article content, such as a template or image, is badly-formed and up for deletion and you feel it can be fixed, go ahead and tag it with {{rescue}}, to see if it can be fixed.
  3. I object to what Article Rescue Squadron is doing.
Article Rescue Squadron is no different from any of the hundreds of wikiprojects, except for its scope. You are welcome to search out which support your views and interests.
