The discography of MGMT, a New York-based indie rock group, consists of one current and one forthcoming studio album, and three singles. They are listed as having three extended plays, although Metanoia (2008) is just one track, and is also considered a single. Formerly known as The Management, the duo's earliest recordings (2004-2005) included one demo album and one non-studio recorded EP. Upon establishing a label with NYU graduates' independent Cantora Records in 2004, the duo became MGMT and released their second EP (officially on January 1, 2005, preceeding the "release" of the demo album previously recorded) that included three of their earlier tracks. At this time, they had three music videos made and had started a small following.

As MGMT, they managed to secure a lucrative deal with Columbia Records and released their first studio album, Oracular Spectacular, in October 2007. Gradually, with early 2008 TV appearances and the song Time to Pretend being picked up by some TV shows and film trailers, MGMT grew in popularity. Three singles from the album were officially released in 2008, with increasing success. Their next studio album is scheduled to be released in September 2009.<ref name="MGMT 2009 album">{{cite web

The discography of MGMT, a New York-based indie rock group, consists of one current and one forthcoming studio album, and three singles.
