Berislavić or Beriszló (Cyrillic: Бериславић) was a medieval noble family from Slavonia.

They are descendants of the first native Bosnian Ban, Borić. They got their name from their land in Grabarje, Slavonia.

Following the execution of King Tvrtković by Turks in 1463, Stjepan Berislavić became the paternal heir to the Bosnian throne and the maternal heir to the Serbian despot throne. Turks then executed him too, in 1536. Stjepan's heir Duke Ivan Berislavić converted to Islam in July 1536 in order to preserve the Bosnian Royal Family bloodline. All Bosnian dynasties including the present-day deposed Royal Family of Bosnia are the descendants of Ban Borič.
