Marti Crow (Born December 7, 1944) is a Democratic member of the Kansas House of Representatives, representing the 41st district. She has served since 1997.

Crow is an attorney/parter with Crow and Associates in Leavenworth, Kansas. She previously worked as an environmental planning consultant with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and an attorney with the Kansas Department of Revenue. She has a Bachelor's degree in secondary education from Baker University and JD from Washburn Law School.

Prior to her election to the House, Crow served on the USD 453 Board of Education (1983-1996), Leavenworth City Board of Zoning Appeals (1978-1990/1993-1996), and Leavenworth City Planning Commission (1978-1990/1993-1996).^[1]
