Soul of the ocean (2007)is the first orchestral album by Italian musician Gianluca Attanasio. Attanasio is the composer, conductor, executive producer, and wrote the liner notes. The album contains 24 different style of thacks, and “Serenata dal cuore”, piece composed on the occasion of His Holiness Pope John Paul II’s birthday, and performed in front of His Holiness himself in the Sala Nervi Vatican City. This pièce was played by the Alessandria Classical Orchestra conducted by Mr. Renato Serio. Director Gianluca Ramazzott has utilized "Soul of the ocean"' main theme for the piece "Un'ora senza televisione", written by Jaime Salom.
