Edgar Franklin Sastrano Belaval (1910-1989) was an American jurist, Attorney General of Puerto Rico and partner in law firm Francis & Belaval. He attended Choate Preparatory School with his brothers Joseph and Lister, and the University of Virginia, where he captained the Lacrosse team in 1930 and 1931.[1][2].
