Cezary Stanisław Grabarczyk [t͡sɛˈzarɨ ɡraˈbart͡ʂɨk] (born April 26, 1960) is a Polish politician.
He was elected to the Sejm on September 25, 2005, getting 13,775 votes in the 11th Sieradz district. He stood for election as a candidate on the Platforma Obywatelska list.
Following the 2007 parliamentary election, Grabarczyk has been Minister of Infrastructure since November 2007, under Prime Minister Donald Tusk.
He was also a member of the 2001-2005 Sejm.
