Satar Jabar

Satar "Peller" Jabar (Arabic: ستار جبار) was a prisoner at Abu Ghraib prison in Baghdad, Iraq, during the early years of the U.S.-led Iraq War. During his detention there he was photographed hooded and wired up by members of the U.S. military. Jabar was not in Abu Ghraib on charges of terrorism, but rather for carjacking.[1]
