== A thousand apologies!! ==

I just wanted to drop by and give you my infinite apologies for 'changing information' and adding a duplicate reference. If I ever again I am foolish enough to think that I am scholarly enough to add edit an article about an upcoming movie about a billionaire that dresses up like a bat and solves crimes, I will scour the reference list and compare it to my own. As an act of contrition, I've boiled the hand I used to make the edit in hot lead, while reciting 'I shall not inconvenience more prolific editors, or may God have mercy on my soul' rhythmically at the top of my lungs, and banging a drum with my free, non-editing hand for one hour.

Thank you for your time; while I am unworthy I pray for your forgiveness.

Maybe adding more to the Marketing section, and reworking some of the sentences. And maybe just looking over the article and fixing some minor articles, and try making some sentences not sound repetitive, such as, as mentioned on the FA review, "nouns ending with ing" (filming, going etc.). Basically, I want some prose reworked, and to make it sound REALLY good, in your point of view, maybe sort of like what Igor has done before. Thanks! No it's alright, I'll let you work for today. I'll probably just edit the lead for now. Fanaction2031 (talk) 22:30, 3 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Working on the sources. Those are just placeholders. Fanaction2031 (talk) 02:29, 11 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Lead

"Chuck Versus the Cliffhanger" is the fourth season finale of the American action-comedy NBC television series Chuck.

  • 2 - de facto? Some viewers may need clarification.
  • 3 - Maybe you can describe in a very short sentence who Stephen J. Bartowski is?
  • 4 - One of the things I've noticed is that the term season is used too much in the lead.
  • 5 - "Chuck revolves around the Intersect, a government database designed by Stephen J. Bartowski. In the pilot episode of the series, Stephen's son Chuck (Zachary Levi) receives the database and accidentally uploads it to his brain. Chuck is then forced from his life as an employee at the big-box store Buy More to the spy world. By the fourth season, Chuck is a Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) agent and is engaged to one of his handlers, Sarah Walker (Yvonne Strahovski)."
  • 5 (Continued) - I don't think this is needed. Instead, in the "plot" section of the Lead, you can describe the characters such as "Chuck". (Example: In the season, Chuck, a once computer expert, now Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) agent, and his team fulfill Stephen Bartowski's last wish to destroy Volkoff Industries, led by international arms dealer Alexei Volkoff (Timothy Dalton).

I will review more tomorrow. These are MY opinions and thoughts from someone who has never watched Chuck before.

Planning on reviewing more today. After the wedding I attend to, I will continue to review the article. Fanaction2031 (talk) 15:05, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Lead (continued)

  • 6 - "Chuck Versus the Cliffhanger" received overwhelmingly positive reviews from critics. --> I think this might contradict the neutral point of view WP:Standard.

That's pretty much it I can detect so far. I will let you know if I see anything else in the article that doesn't belong. Fanaction2031 (talk) 23:49, 10 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Small Dark of the Moon request

Would you mind copyediting the Themes and inspirations section I've recently created? I know I don't have the legitimate intelligence to make grammar perfect. Fanaction2031 (talk) 02:13, 11 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Determining when a film has left theaters

If you look at the bottom of the Domestic Summary section here it tells you how long it was in theaters. It doesn't give you a date in Cowboy and Aliens case unlike here on Fast Five which says exactly when it left, but looking at C&B's weekend breakdown, the last financial record was made at the end of October. Of course this only matters for US/Canada release. Internationally, it was still apparently playing as late as November 6.Darkwarriorblake (talk) 01:06, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Cowboy & Aliens in release at the box office

About knowing if a film is still in release. Box Office Mojo will list a "Close Date" like this (under Domestic Summary). But that's just for the North America theaters, the foreign total may still be updated for months after. —Mike Allen 23:15, 18 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, I didn't even notice your message. I just hit the new section tab at the top of the page and typed away. Well, Boycool I hope all of this answered your question. LOL —Mike Allen 01:41, 19 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations! A very interesting explanation of the film and makes me want to see it!

Pointed editing

Your edit summaries have a tendency to be outright rude and obnoxious.

The Dark Knight Rises

LOL, I was adding all the refs. But I guess you did that for me already. I hate edit conflicts... But let me know if you need any sources. Fanaction2031 (talk) 05:14, 26 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The Prestige

Can you produce an image which shows that shows

- "each of the several dozen tanks in the abandoned building contained a drowned Angier" ?

First, there is only one body shown. It is NOT shown that "each" tank has a body. Second, there are about a dozen tanks shown, not several dozen.

- "one of a dozen tanks in the abandoned building contained a drowned Angier."

Feel free to inspect the frame at 1:29 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZc3EsElqeA

If you can find other bodies, or count more than twelve tanks, I will retract my claim.
