Rick Kriseman (born August 2, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan) is a Representative in the House of Representatives of the U.S. State of Florida. He received his Bachelors degree in Broadcasting from the University of Florida in 1984. In addition, he received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University.
Prior to his election to the Florida House of Representatives, he served as a member of the St. Petersburg, Florida City Council from 2000-2006, and as its chairman in 2005.
He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with his family.
