Stevens Institute of Business and Arts (formerly Patricia Stevens College) is a co-educational private vocational college in St. Louis, Missouri founded in 1947. It offers programs in tourism and hospitality, interior design, fashion and retail, paralegal, and business administration.

The school offers two- and four-year degrees in the above areas. [4]


History

The school started as Patricia Stevens College, a finishing college for only women in 1947. [1]

Campus

The College is housed in a historic, renovated, four-story building in the loft district area of the west part of downtown St. Louis. Class size is small, with an average of 10 students. [5] 90% are women. [1] The school relocated to its downtown campus in 2010. After a violent incident involving a student and his financial aid advisor on January 15, 2013, the school will close for a week and then reopen on January 22 at 8am. [1]
