He moves to Rampur (the home village of his father) with Sadhna. Vinod insists on accompanying them. Prem is appointed the MD of the companies. Controversy

During filming, several members of the cast, including Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam Kothari, Tabu, and Sonali Bendre, were involved in a controversy surrounding the shooting of an endangered black buck on a cast hunting expedition. The incident generated significant press coverage. Salman Khan was later formally charged. [3]

On 23 March 2013, A Jodhpur court read out fresh charges against Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, Neelam and Sonali Bendre in connection with the infamous black buck poaching case.

While the other actors were present for the hearing held earlier today, Salman, who is away in US for medical treatment, was absent and was represented by his lawyer who sought medical exemption for the actor's absence at the hearing.

Salman has been charged under the Wildlife Protection Act for hunting blackbucks (a rare and protected species) while the other actors were charged under the Act for hunting and inciting Salman to hunt. However the charges against Salman under the Arms Act have been dropped.

The court will hear the case again on 27 April 2013, when the statements of witnesses will be recorded. If convicted, the actors face up to 6 years in jail. [4]
