explanation
[edit]About two months ago a new contributor reverted the redirection of this article, and added a tiny bit more information. Contributors do have discretion to recreate deleted articles if they think their new version is sufficiently different that the arguments for deleting the article don't apply. I don't think this tiny amount of information would satisfy the closing admin or those who voiced delete opinions -- so I reverted that edit. Geo Swan (talk) 19:42, 20 June 2013 (UTC)
