Chhipa Welfare Association (Urdu: انجمن رفاه چھیپا) is a Nonprofit organization, Non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. This association is funded by the donations of the Chhipa community of Pakistan.

Welfare Programs

The association collects Sadaqah, Zakāt, [Religious male circumcision|Aqiqah]] and donations. The Chhipa Welfare Association provides free lunch and dinner to poor and low income families. It also provides free ambulance service. It also has nurser for abandoned infants.

The word Chhipa is derived from the Urdu word chhapa, which means to print. The Chhipa community specializes in coloring and dyeing of clothes. The Chhipas in Pakistan are a Sunni Hanafi Muslim Rajput community that migrated from Gujarat after the independence of Pakistan in 1947 and settled in Karachi.

Aamir Liaquat Hussain has given abandoned infants from Chhipa Welfare Association to parents who wanted to adopt babies in Amaan Ramazan show.[1]
