Resubmit

Please allow for 48 hours after the first improvement until you resubmit the draft again, in order to adequately read over and understand the reasons for the decline, as well as allow for time to improve the draft sufficiently. If the issues are not corrected, the draft could be rejected again for the exact same reason. If it is rejected multiple times for the same reason, please do not submit the draft again, as it could constitute disruptive editing and could be deleted. Finally, leveling accusations against the editor(s) who declined the submission may result in a block.
